Events and Parties

Option 1  £100

2 photographers to attend the event for 2 - 3 hours taking a selection of natural and group shots, including any specific requests from the client.  Images supplied on a DVD and uploaded to website after the event. 

Option 2  £3 per invitation (minimum of 30 invitations)

This option allows every invited guest / couple / family to have a studio photograph taken at the event (with background and lighting) and printed 9 x 6 inches and supplied in a mount to take away on the day.  The hosts pre pay for this option and will total £3.00  times the number of guests attending (if couples/families, allow just £3.00 for the group to enable them to have one couple/family photograph that is pre-paid by the host).  Guests will be given a photo voucher on arrival to hand in to the photographers when they have their photo.  Guests can choose to have additional shots taken and printed on the day at a cost to them of £5.00 per print.

Option 3  £5 per print

If you are hosting a large event you can book us with no charge to yourself to take photos of guests (with background and lighting) and allow them to view and choose images to purchase and print at the event.  These will be printed at 9 x 6 inches and presented in a mount for guests to take away on the day.  We charge £5 per print.  If you are hosting a charity event, we will be pleased to donate a percentage of our takings on the day.  Please contact us to discuss your needs.
